Frequently asked questions about pricing
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes, you can change anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from the dashboard. Upgrades charge the prorated difference immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What happens if I cancel?+
You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you can continue using your current plan until the end of the month (the day before the next renewal). Prorated refunds are not issued.
When does the monthly reset happen?+
Reset happens monthly on the same day as your first payment date (e.g., contracted April 16 → resets on the 16th each month).
How do I purchase additional Pro analyses?+
After using up your subscription's Pro analysis allowance, you can pay per analysis via the 'Purchase add-on' button on the results page. Starter is $13 each; Pro is $10 each.
Can I get a refund?+
As a digital service, refunds are generally not available; however, if you request within 7 days of first payment and have never run a generation or analysis, support will process a refund.
What payment methods are supported?+
Credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB, etc.) are supported. Payments are processed by Stripe; card information is never stored on IDEAVALU servers.
